KARTTIA TEAM

TechnoGym's state of the art SkillRun provides your running experience with the ultimate deck for explosive bursts and longer “Steady State” runs without the wear and tear on your joints. It’s Slat Belt deck gives you the shock absorption needed and the width allows you to feel free with every “Strike” of the foot. This unique running experience designed with KarTTia Fitness structure provides the premium fitness experience!

TERRA SQUAD

Is built on the foundation of one of the most versatile and functional pieces of fitness equipment in the industry- the Terra Core. Terra Core is a revolutionary piece of equipment that allows all ages, abilities and fitness levels to engage in a high energy and exciting atmosphere while Training Together. To complement the Terra Core, we have the Terra Glide to allow even more versatility within KarTTia Fitness.

TONE SQUAD

Will consist of Rings and Rowers. All exercises are designed to stimulate the Core and engage as many stability muscles as possible to achieve a high calorie burn. The Rock Squad and Tone Squad are interchangeable within the movement patterns for the day. This allows each member to engage in the exercises while catering to their specific goals.

ROCK SQUAD

Will consist of Dumbbells and Weight Benches. This Squad will have a primary focus of Movement Patterns from the Workout while giving the flexibility to achieve specific goals of individuals. The Rock Squad is designed to give members the opportunity to create more mass while also keeping the Heart Rate elevated.​

Do You Provide Guidance on Nutrition & Recovery?

Yes! We provide nutrition coaching and guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.

Do I Need To Be Fit Already In Order To Join?

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new member's fitness level.

Then our workouts are uniquely tailored to you and your fitness level, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level.

As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workouts if you desire.
