Is built around the power and versatility of one of the most effective training tools in fitness—the kettlebell. This high-energy, HIIT-focused class challenges all fitness levels with dynamic movements that build strength, endurance, and mobility. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, Kettle Squad keeps you engaged with functional, full-body workouts designed to improve power, stability, and conditioning. Get ready to swing, press, and sweat in a motivating group atmosphere that pushes you to move better, feel stronger, and train together.
Will consist of Rings and Rowers. All exercises are designed to stimulate the Core and engage as many stability muscles as possible to achieve a high calorie burn. The Rock Squad and Tone Squad are interchangeable within the movement patterns for the day. This allows each member to engage in the exercises while catering to their specific goals.
Will consist of Dumbbells and Weight Benches. This Squad will have a primary focus of Movement Patterns from the Workout while giving the flexibility to achieve specific goals of individuals. The Rock Squad is designed to give members the opportunity to create more mass while also keeping the Heart Rate elevated.

Then our workouts are uniquely tailored to you and your fitness level, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level.
As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workouts if you desire.
